This website provides general information about Perkins Party Co. services. Package availability, final pricing, equipment, location suitability, and booking details are confirmed individually.
Booking requests
Submitting a request does not reserve a date. A reservation is confirmed only after Perkins Party Co. approves the booking and receives the required deposit. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.
Pricing and timing
Indoor rentals start at $299 and outdoor cinema rentals start at $399. Standard rentals include up to four hours of event time. Additional approved time is $50 per hour. Setup generally begins about 30 minutes before the selected start time and does not count toward event time. All rentals end by 11:00 PM.
Cancellations and weather
Customer cancellations within seven calendar days are nonrefundable. When Perkins Party Co. determines outdoor conditions are unsafe on the day before or day of an event, available options may include moving indoors, one free reschedule, or a refund.
Rental agreement
Equipment rentals are governed by the rental agreement accepted for the booking. If these website terms conflict with an accepted rental agreement, the accepted rental agreement controls.
