Before you book

A great setup starts with the right space.

These simple requirements help us deliver a safe, dependable big-screen experience.

Power within 100 feet

A working indoor or outdoor outlet must be available within 100 feet of the setup area. We provide the outdoor-rated extension cord.

Dry, level grass

Outdoor equipment requires reasonably level, dry grass. We cannot set up on loose rock, bare dirt, mud, standing water, or unstable ground.

Strong Wi-Fi for streaming

High-speed Wi-Fi is strongly recommended. If possible, run a speed test at the exact setup location. Aim for at least 10 Mbps for HD and 20–25 Mbps for higher-quality streaming.

Google TV or HDMI

Use supported apps built into the projector’s Google TV or connect a compatible device through HDMI. Customers bring their device and any device-specific adapter. Our Wi-Fi extender can improve signal reach but cannot increase internet speed.

What the package includes

One screen, Google TV projector, sound system, HDMI and required setup cables, delivery, setup, testing, and breakdown. Customers provide their movie, game, streaming subscription, or other content. Customers enter their own account credentials and may sign out before pickup; we also check for and remove remaining customer profiles when possible. Download content beforehand whenever the app allows it. No add-ons are offered at this time.

Delivery, setup, and pickup are included within 15 miles of Durant. Locations 16–35 miles away have one flat $40 travel fee. We are not accepting events beyond 35 miles at this time.

Outdoor projection looks best after sunset. We’ll help plan setup around the season and your event schedule.

What happens if the weather changes?

We’ll discuss a weather plan before your event. Depending on the location, moving indoors or rescheduling may be possible.

Do you provide the movie or streaming account?

You provide the movie, game, or streaming access. Public or ticketed showings may require separate licensing.

Do I need Wi-Fi?

Only if you plan to stream. Downloaded media may work better when outdoor Wi-Fi is unreliable.

Does submitting the form reserve my date?

No. We confirm the details first, then place a temporary hold while you complete the deposit through Square.
